The sheave is a highly customized product, and typically, we calculate the price based on the specific sheave drawing provided by the client. However, in this case, the client did not have a sheave drawing ready but provided a picture of the matched crane hook block instead. From this, we were able to estimate the required sheave diameter based on the hook’s lifting capacity. We then created an initial crane sheave drawing for the client's review and approval.

After several rounds of revisions and adjustments, the client confirmed the final drawing. With the drawing now finalized, we proceeded with production, ensuring that the sheave was manufactured exactly according to the agreed specifications and drawing.
