Mechanical Grab Bucket

Four Rope Clamshell Grab Bucket

  • It is used in conjunction with cranes that have two sets of winch mechanisms (hoisting mechanism + opening and closing mechanism) on the trolley, and is mostly used in double girder overhead cranes, gantry cranes and portal cranes.
  • The lifting mechanism controls the vertical movement of the bucket, while the opening and closing mechanism controls the opening and closing of the bucket shells.
  • Suitable for handling various loose bulk materials, such as coal, sand, slag, fertilizer, and grains, for tasks including loading, unloading, and stacking.
  • Can be designed in various forms according to the material being handled and user requirements, such as toothed bucket shells, underwater operation, parallel main beams for opening and closing, or perpendicular main beams for opening and closing.

Double Rope Clamshell Grab Bucket

  • Apply to all kinds of cranes with double lifting mechanism.
  • Used in ports, wharves, construction, road and bridge industries, suitable for grabbing all kinds of loose piles.
  • The grab adapted crane is equipped with two sets of reels, each set of reels leads to a wire rope, one of which is bundled in the grab lanyard ring, can lift the grab. The other wire rope passes through the pulley group formed by the rope guide pulley, upper bearing beam pulley and lower bearing beam pulley to open and close the grab.
  • Underwater operation is possible.
