For these 3 sets of 10t semi type gantry cranes and 2 sets of 10t overhead cranes, they need 9 sets of 40' OH(High open top) containers, which were delivered to our client in July, 2020.
These 3 sets of 10t gantry cranes are used to lift steel bars and billet, etc. As the working frequency is too heavy, so we design the A5 duty group crane for them.
These 2 sets of 10T overhead cranes are used to lift bundled rebar, etc. As the working frequency is normal type, so we deisgn the A3 duty group crane for them. As the workshop inside sizes are small, so we choose the integrated hoist to replace the normal type electric hoist trolley.
Production Photos:
All the main beams were cut into 2 or 3pcs for fitting into the 40' container and easier delivery. The client just need to connect them by high strength bolts on site.
