On 23rd,Oct, 2019, we got the inquiry of rope drum inquiry from our new client in Singapore. The client is specialized in crane spare parts industry. To build long business relationship, we need to use our rich experience and expertise of crane spare to convince them.
We are specialized in manufacturing rope drum, pulley/sheave and crane wheels, etc. Although the client's requirements are very strict, we also complete the rope drum based on the rope drum drawing requirements. Below is our rope drum pictures.

About the Spraying: Paint with epoxy primer and polyurethane topcoat, 1 primer, 2 top coat. The thickness is 80-120um. Thickness can also be painted according to customer requirements.
The rope drums will be sent to Singapore by container. To make the rope drums stable in container, we fasten the drum by rope. The pictures are attached as below.
