The first cooperation with this customer is begins at 2013 year, during the past 8 years, we have delivered thousands of wheels, pulley sheaves, coupling, wire rope drum, most products are used on port machinery, the end user is PSA(port authority of Singapore).
Customer are very strict on the product quality, for the delivered wheels, the highest hardness can reach HRC50-56, before leaving factory, we will submit the material test, hardness test, dimension test report, and other NDT(non-destructive test) test is also available once the customer required.
The reason we can cooperate for so long time, not only because of the reasonable price, strict quality management, but also because of excellent after-sales service, during the warranty period, if there is any quality problems for the products, we will amend them at our cost, so you can trust to place order to us.
