Libya Single Girder Overhead Crane Project

On 5th August 2013, Our good Libya friend-Mohamed, have visited our factory for Libya single girder overhead crane. The customer is engineer on machine , so have asked many questions on the steel structure on crane, ?finally ordered 5 sets overhead crane EOT crane after approval on all the specifications, such as the span length and working duty etc.

[safe working load: 5 t; Span: 10.01 m ; Lifting height: 9 m]
Single girder overhead crane 2 sets
[safe working load: 5 t; Span: 13.35 m ; Lifting height: 9 m]
Single girder overhead crane 2 sets
[safe working load: 5 t; Span: 14.05 m ; Lifting height:9 m]
Shipment on 10th September 2013

Meanwhile, considering these cranes have to be shipped by containers, however the maximum length of the crane is 14.05 m, exceed the container length, so the overhead crane main girder have to be split into two parts for loading in container. Our friend Mohamed have carefully check the splitting point where with reinforced steel plate, and finally approve on the solutions.

these 5sets overhead crane delivered on 20th Sep 2013.

These 5sets overhead crane arrived at customer¡¯s factory after 40 days ,and have already finished the installation and commissioning.
