We received the first inquiry for this 1ton overhead crane dated June. The customer said their workshop has a lower height, they sent us two pictures of the products they need, so we quoted two solutions, one is for a workstation overhead crane, and the other one is for an HD European-type overhead crane solution. Both need the support steel structures and finally, the customer prefers the HD overhead crane more, this design has the work duty A5. It adopts a European design, the gear motor has a free maintenance design, lower maintenance, and low noise, and all the mechanisms adopt a frequency inverter design. So its price is a bit higher than the workstation design. But for a long time, it’s more cost-effective.

It takes a very short time to finalize the contract, thanks to the customer’s trust. The whole communication is very smooth.
