A Saudi Arabian client purchased a 10t single girder overhead crane. The client specified the basic technical parameters and emphasized that the crane would operate in a high-temperature workshop of up to 60°C, requiring on-site installation and commissioning by professional engineers.

Based on these requirements, we carried out customized design and manufacturing in strict accordance with the provided specifications. High-temperature-resistant motors were adopted to ensure stable and reliable operation under 60°C conditions. A high-spec single girder overhead crane was customized according to the workshop dimensions, client requirements, and local power standards.

• Basic Parameters: Rated capacity 10 tons, span 30 meters, lifting height 14 meters, equipped with P30 rails, runway length 20 meters, matching the workshop layout.
• Hoisting System: Equipped with an NR-type wire rope electric hoist, ensuring smooth lifting, high positioning accuracy, and low noise.
• Traveling Mechanism: Variable frequency drive (VFD) control for smooth operation and precise positioning.
• Control Mode: Pendant + wireless remote control.

2. High-Temperature Resistant Electrical System: Ensuring Stable Operation at 60°C

• High-Temperature Motors: Hoisting and geared motors use Class H insulation (up to 180°C), effectively preventing insulation aging and performance degradation caused by high temperatures.
• High-Temperature Cables: Heat-resistant cables are used to withstand insulation damage, preventing softening or aging that could lead to short circuits, ensuring safe electrical operation.
• High-Temperature Enclosed Conductor System: Made of heat-resistant alloys and special insulating sheaths, offering anti-aging and anti-softening performance under high temperatures, ensuring stable power collection and safe power supply for moving equipment.

3. On-Site Installation by Professional Engineers: Including Installation, Load Testing, and Training

• Installation: Experienced engineers were dispatched to the Saudi client's site, responsible for mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, and system commissioning, ensuring full control over installation quality.
• Load Testing: After installation, load testing was conducted to verify that all performance parameters and safety protection devices met design standards and client requirements. Final acceptance was completed after successful testing.
• Training: On-site training was provided to operators, covering proper crane operation, safety procedures, and maintenance practices.
