This explosion proof single girder overhead crane complies with the JB/T10219-2001 standard for explosion-proof overhead cranes, with explosion-proof grades of Ex d IIB T4 and Ex d IIC T4. It is suitable for explosive gas atmospheres formed by flammable gases or vapors with ignition temperatures not lower than the T4 group (135℃) mixed with air. The crane is designed for use in hazardous areas classified as Zone 1 or Zone 2, but not suitable for Zone 0.
- Zone 0: Areas where explosive gas mixtures are present continuously, frequently, or for long periods under normal conditions.
- Zone 1: Areas where explosive gas mixtures are likely to occur under normal conditions.
- Zone 2: Areas where explosive gas mixtures are not normally present, but may appear occasionally and briefly due to abnormal situations such as equipment failure or operator error.
