DGCRANE is pleased to announce the successful shipment of two high-performance Columbia 15T-120M Electric Winches on September 10, 2025. Designed for demanding industrial applications, these winches combine robust lifting capacity with stringent safety features.

The winches feature a 15-ton capacity and a 120-meter reeling length, compatible with 1-1/4″ steel-core cables. Driven by an electromechanical system with a configurable design, they are equipped with a complete power system. Safety is ensured by a fail-safe parking brake that is electrically actuated and spring-engaged, complying with the ISO 12485 standard.

Surface treatment includes sandblasting to SA 3 (SSPC-SP5) and a professional three-layer coating system: zinc-rich epoxy primer, epoxy barrier, and polyurethane finish. The frame is painted in RAL 6001 (Emerald Green), with moving parts highlighted in RAL 2004 (Pure Orange) for safety and visibility. Third-party inspections for adhesion, porosity, and dry film thickness can be arranged upon request.
