This is a repeat order from one of our clients in Saudi Arabia. In 2016, the client purchased two sets of gantry cranes from us. Eight years later, as their company expanded and required new cranes, they reached out with a new inquiry. Over the years, we stayed in touch for maintenance support, and the client also recommended our cranes to their customers and friends.
Our successful cooperation eight years ago gave both sides a deep mutual understanding. This time, communication was very smooth. We provided customized solutions and quotations based on the client's factory layout drawings and working requirements.
