We received an inquiry from a Moroccan customer in October 2024. The customer wanted to use a crane to lift marble, which is a fragile and special building material that places extremely high requirements on the smooth operation and precision control of lifting equipment. Marble slabs are heavy and brittle, and improper handling can easily lead to cracks or breakage.

After detailed communication about the parameter details, we recommended the HD-type single-girder bridge crane, which adopts a frequency conversion design. This design ensures smooth acceleration and deceleration, precise positioning, and reduced impact on the marble during lifting and transportation.

In November 2024, considering the budget and shipping constraints, our team updated the crane solution by removing the main beam from the shipment in order to save on ocean freight costs. After a thorough review and detailed confirmation of the technical solution, cost estimates, and business terms, both parties signed the procurement contract in May 2025. Following the contract, our production team finalized the manufacturing schedule, conducted rigorous quality inspections, and prepared the crane for international shipment, ensuring that the customer would receive a reliable, high-quality crane suitable for lifting marble safely and efficiently.
