5 Sets of Single Girder Overhead Cranes Delivered to Turkmenistan

Last year, our customer from Turkmenistan inquired about two projects from us.
The first project involved six sets of 10 ton single girder overhead cranes for a cable factory. The second project was for six sets of LDE-type single girder overhead cranes intended for a galvanizing factory.The first project was delivered to Turkmenistan last year, and all six sets of single girder overhead cranes are working well in the customer's workshop.
In May of this year, the customer contacted us again and arranged payment for the second project — the cranes for the galvanizing factory. Due to changes in the layout plan, the final quantity of cranes was adjusted from six sets to five sets.
Considering that these cranes will be used to lift long light poles and similar materials into the galvanizing pool — in a workshop with high humidity and corrosive conditions — we ensured our design would provide reliable performance and a long service life. When preparing the offer for the customer, we took the following factors into consideration:
- Two sets of 5 ton electric wire rope hoists installed on the same crane span. They can operate synchronously or independently, depending on working requirements. This design is more suitable for lifting long materials compared to a single hoist system.
- Motor protection class: IP55
- Motor insulation class: H class
- Electric control box: IP55-rated stainless steel enclosure
- Galvanized steel wire rope
- Acid-resistant paint
- For the crane long-travel power supply system, we used angle iron, which offers excellent performance and longevity in galvanizing workshop conditions.
Given the urgency of the delivery, we completed the production and packaging of the five sets of LDE-type single girder overhead cranes and accessories within 30 days after our customer confirmed the final drawings. The goods were shipped to Horgos Port within 7 days and are now awaiting transshipment to Turkmenistan.
