we received an inquiry from a customer in Pakistan for C hooks to lift steel coils up to 30 tons. The customer mentioned they were open to considering both new and used hooks and requested a quotation on a CNF Karachi basis.

We replied promptly and asked for several key parameters to ensure accurate design:

The inner diameter of the steel coil (mm)
The outer diameter of the steel coil (mm)
The maximum width of the steel coil (mm)
The quantity of C hooks required

The customer provided all the necessary details very quickly. Based on their specifications, we designed the product drawing and quotation accordingly. The entire process from inquiry to signing the PI was completed very efficiently.

Soon after, production was completed, and the four C hooks were ready for delivery. They shone golden under the sunlight, solid, precise, and beautiful.

The customer was very satisfied with the C hooks performance and mentioned that their company might place additional orders in the near future. We truly appreciate their trust and support.
