We received an inquiry from a customer on February 28, 2025. The customer, an Indian businessman based in Kenya, was looking for a high-performance indoor crane to handle injection molding dies in his factory. After understanding his needs and working conditions, we recommended a 3 ton HD European-type single girder overhead crane equipped with a Euro-type wire rope electric hoist and supported by a complete steel structure system.
Over the next few weeks, we maintained close communication with the customer to confirm technical details, layout, and specifications. The customer had no special environmental requirements, and the usage frequency matched the A5 duty group classification, making the HD series crane an ideal solution.
In April, the customer officially confirmed the order and paid the deposit. We then provided final production drawings for his approval before proceeding with manufacturing.
Upon completion, the crane and steel structure were carefully packed and loaded into a 40GP container. As the customer arranged the shipping himself, the cargo was picked up on June 29th, 2025, with all necessary documentation and lifting instructions prepared in advance to support smooth delivery and installation.
The entire process—from design consultation to delivery—was completed in close cooperation and mutual trust. This project is another successful case of DGCRANE’s HD series cranes being applied internationally in precision manufacturing industries.
