In September 2024, we received an inquiry from a customer in Panama regarding a 3 ton electric gantry crane. Due to approval-related issues, the project was delayed until May this year. Throughout this period, we remained patient and kept the customer updated regularly.
Once the customer received the necessary approvals, we carefully analyzed the differences between the Chinese national standards and the American standards. We then adjusted the steel raw materials accordingly to meet the customer’s specific requirements. After all preparations were completed, the customer confirmed the order. He expressed his appreciation for our patience, professionalism, and strong track record in the American market, which ultimately led him to choose us as his supplier.
The entire production process was completed within 35 days.

We have now shipped the goods to the customer. The main beam and support legs are wrapped in rainproof cloth. The electric wire rope hoist and control box are securely packed in plywood crates. All crane electrical accessories are sealed with rainproof covering to ensure protection during transit.
