At the beginning, the client only provided the model “DWB250” for the wheel block, so we initially quoted for the DWB250 wheel block only. After further discussion, we learned that the new wheel block would be used to replace the old unit on an overhead crane, and the client also needed to replace the motor. Therefore, we offered a complete wheel block assembly, including the driving wheel, driven wheel, motor, torsion support, buffer, spline shaft, and top connection. We also provided drawings for the client's reference.
The client was satisfied with our design and finally placed the order with us.
