The first inquiry was received on August 14th. The client was planning to purchase two sets of overhead cranes for a new fabrication workshop, intended for lifting fabricated items such as pressure vessels, pipe spools, and steel structures.
After several rounds of email communication, we finalized the technical details and recommended the QDx double girder overhead crane. The lifting mechanism features a European-style winch trolley, and both the cross travel (CT) and long travel (LT) systems are equipped with three-in-one geared motors.
Given the client’s high standards for product quality, we advised the use of European-brand components, such as Siemens, ABB, and SEW, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
The client noted that the two cranes would operate on separate runways, and that additional cranes might be added in the future. With this in mind, we calculated the crane traveling busbar system based on the total power of two 60-ton bridge cranes. This design allows for future crane additions without the need to replace the busbar system.
After nearly four months of negotiation, the order details were finalized in December.
Upon entering the production phase, our company strictly followed standardized procedures. From component selection and precision machining to structural welding, final assembly, and debugging, every stage was subjected to rigorous quality control.
Despite tight deadlines and heavy workloads, our production team efficiently and systematically completed the manufacturing process. During this period, the quality inspection department carried out multiple tests and safety performance verifications to ensure that the equipment met high industry standards.
