Denna m\u00e5ngsidiga design sparar installations- och driftskostnader och f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrar arbetseffektiviteten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:61px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Innovationsf\u00f6rdelar med TBM-portalkran<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Med en innovativ design \u00e4r denna kran anpassningsbar f\u00f6r installation av sk\u00e4rhuvuden och tunnelsegment med varierande diametrar och vikter. Kranar med lyftkapacitet p\u00e5 400 ton, 200 ton, 130 ton och 100 ton \u00e4r l\u00e4mpliga f\u00f6r sk\u00e4rhuvuden med diametrar p\u00e5 15 m, 13 m och 6,3 m, och uppfyller d\u00e4rmed olika driftsbehov.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Med hj\u00e4lp av ANSYS-analys optimerades kranstrukturen, vilket minskade hjuldiametern samtidigt som anv\u00e4ndningskraven uppfylldes. Detta s\u00e4nker inte bara den totala h\u00f6jden utan minskar \u00e4ven hjultrycket, vilket avsev\u00e4rt minskar byggkostnaderna och ger anv\u00e4ndarna ett mer effektivt arbetsutrymme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Med hj\u00e4lp av en egenutvecklad kranlyftanordning kan den rotera 360\u00b0 f\u00f6r att anpassa sig till olika gr\u00e4vriktningar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De tv\u00e5 vagnmekanismerna kan man\u00f6vreras tillsammans f\u00f6r att lyfta sk\u00e4rhuvudet, eller s\u00e5 kan de anv\u00e4ndas oberoende av varandra f\u00f6r att lyfta tunnelsegment, vilket uppfyller olika till\u00e4mpningskrav.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>St\u00e5llinans b\u00f6jningskurvaturdiameter modifierades, vilket f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrade den lokala sp\u00e4nningen och \u00f6kade lyftkapaciteten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vid lyft av relativt l\u00e4tta l\u00f6sa delar \u00e4ndrades metoden f\u00f6r att alternera lindningen av vajern i remskivan.
