O material prim\u00e1rio para a roda de guindaste de engrenagem LD \u00e9 o a\u00e7o 45#, que \u00e9 endurecido na superf\u00edcie para fornecer boa qualidade a um baixo custo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Materiais:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>O eixo da roda \u00e9 feito de a\u00e7o 45#, com tratamento de t\u00eampera, atingindo uma dureza de HB217-HB255. Possui furos de graxa para lubrifica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O aro da roda \u00e9 fundido em a\u00e7o 45#, depois finamente usinado e endurecido na superf\u00edcie. A superf\u00edcie da banda de rodagem tem uma dureza de HB300-HB380, com uma espessura de camada endurecida de 8 mm-12 mm e uma dureza n\u00e3o inferior a HB260 a uma profundidade de 10 mm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A superf\u00edcie externa da roda \u00e9 revestida com tinta preta antiferrugem para evitar corros\u00e3o.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Os rolamentos s\u00e3o rolamentos de esferas de sulco profundo, com modelos principais incluindo 314, 412, 318 e 414.
