Il materiale principale per la ruota gru LD Gear \u00e8 l&#39;acciaio 45#, temprato in superficie per fornire una buona qualit\u00e0 a basso costo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Materiali:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L&#39;albero della ruota \u00e8 realizzato in acciaio 45#, con trattamento di tempra, che raggiunge una durezza di HB217-HB255. \u00c8 dotato di fori di ingrassaggio per la lubrificazione.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Il cerchione \u00e8 fuso in acciaio 45#, quindi finemente lavorato e temprato in superficie. La superficie del battistrada ha una durezza di HB300-HB380, con uno spessore dello strato temprato di 8 mm-12 mm e una durezza non inferiore a HB260 a una profondit\u00e0 di 10 mm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La superficie esterna della ruota \u00e8 rivestita con vernice antiruggine nera per prevenirne la corrosione.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I cuscinetti sono cuscinetti a sfere a gola profonda, con modelli principali che includono 314, 412, 318 e 414. struttura semplice, un elevato rapporto costi-efficacia, una forte intercambiabilit\u00e0 dei componenti e un facile approvvigionamento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Non \u00e8 comodo regolare la ruota della gru
