\u00e0 engrenages LD est un dispositif utilis\u00e9 pour soutenir la grue et sa charge, permettant \u00e0 la grue de se d\u00e9placer d&#39;avant en arri\u00e8re le long de la voie. Il s&#39;agit d&#39;un \u00e9l\u00e9ment important du m\u00e9canisme de d\u00e9placement de la grue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1138\" height=\"758\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dgcrane.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Gear-Crane-Wheel-Assembly1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9294\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Composants:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#39;ensemble roue de grue \u00e0 engrenages LD se compose de quatre parties : l&#39;arbre de roue, la jante de roue, le roulement et la couronne dent\u00e9e. Le mat\u00e9riau principal de la roue de grue \u00e0 engrenages LD est l&#39;acier 45#, qui est durci en surface pour offrir une bonne qualit\u00e9 \u00e0 faible co\u00fbt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mat\u00e9riels:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L&#39;axe de la roue est en acier 45#, avec traitement de trempe, atteignant une duret\u00e9 de HB217-HB255. Il est dot\u00e9 de trous de graissage pour la lubrification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La jante est moul\u00e9e en acier 45#, puis finement usin\u00e9e et durcie en surface. La surface de la bande de roulement a une duret\u00e9 de HB300-HB380, avec une \u00e9paisseur de couche durcie de 8 mm \u00e0 12 mm et une duret\u00e9 d&#39;au moins HB260 \u00e0 une profondeur de 10 mm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La surface ext\u00e9rieure de la roue est recouverte d&#39;une peinture antirouille noire pour \u00e9viter la corrosion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les roulements sont des roulements \u00e0 billes \u00e0 gorge profonde, dont les principaux mod\u00e8les sont les 314, 412, 318 et 414. Chaque jeu de roues LD comprend deux roues motrices, deux roues motrices et l&#39;arbre LD correspondant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Param\u00e8tres:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les sp\u00e9cifications de l&#39;ensemble de roue de grue \u00e0 engrenages LD comprennent principalement deux tailles : \u03a6300 et \u03a6400, avec des largeurs de rainure de 70 mm et 90 mm. roulement est directement install\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#39;int\u00e9rieur de la roue, ce qui se traduit par une structure simple, une rentabilit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e, une forte interchangeabilit\u00e9 des pi\u00e8ces et un approvisionnement facile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le r\u00e9glage de la roue de la grue lorsqu&#39;elle mord le rail ou d\u00e9raille n&#39;est pas pratique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le
