und seine Last st\u00fctzt und es dem Kran erm\u00f6glicht, sich entlang der Schiene vor und zur\u00fcck zu bewegen. Es ist eine wichtige Komponente des Fahrmechanismus des Krans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1138\" height=\"758\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dgcrane.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Gear-Crane-Wheel-Assembly1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9294\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Komponenten:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Kranradbaugruppe von LD Gear besteht aus vier Teilen: Radwelle, Radkranz, Lager und Zahnkranz. Das Hauptmaterial f\u00fcr das Kranrad von LD Gear ist 45#-Stahl, der oberfl\u00e4chengeh\u00e4rtet ist, um gute Qualit\u00e4t zu geringen Kosten zu bieten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Materialien:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die Radwelle besteht aus 45#-Stahl und wird geh\u00e4rtet, wodurch eine H\u00e4rte von HB217-HB255 erreicht wird. Sie verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber Schmierl\u00f6cher zur Schmierung.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Felge wird aus 45#-Stahl gegossen, anschlie\u00dfend fein bearbeitet und oberfl\u00e4chengeh\u00e4rtet. Die Lauffl\u00e4chenoberfl\u00e4che hat eine H\u00e4rte von HB300-HB380, mit einer geh\u00e4rteten Schichtdicke von 8 mm bis 12 mm und einer H\u00e4rte von nicht weniger als HB260 in einer Tiefe von 10 mm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Au\u00dfenfl\u00e4che des Rades ist zum Schutz vor Korrosion mit schwarzer Rostschutzfarbe beschichtet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bei den Lagern handelt es sich um Rillenkugellager, die Hauptmodelle sind 314, 412, 318 und 414. Jeder Satz LD-R\u00e4der umfasst zwei Antriebsr\u00e4der, zwei angetriebene R\u00e4der und die entsprechende LD-Welle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Parameter:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Spezifikationen f\u00fcr die Kranradbaugruppe von LD Gear umfassen haupts\u00e4chlich zwei Gr\u00f6\u00dfen: \u03a6300 und \u03a6400, mit Nutbreiten von 70 mm und 90 mm.
