Dette multifunktionelle design sparer installations- og driftsomkostninger og forbedrer arbejdseffektiviteten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:61px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Innovationsfordele ved TBM-portalkran<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Med et innovativt design kan denne kran tilpasses installation af sk\u00e6rehoveder og tunnelsegmenter med varierende diametre og v\u00e6gte. Kraner med l\u00f8ftekapaciteter p\u00e5 400 t, 200 t, 130 t og 100 t er velegnede til sk\u00e6rehoveder med diametre p\u00e5 15 m, 13 m og 6,3 m og opfylder dermed forskellige driftsbehov.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ved hj\u00e6lp af ANSYS-analyse blev kranens struktur optimeret, hvilket reducerede hjuldiameteren og samtidig opfyldte brugskravene. Dette s\u00e6nker ikke kun den samlede h\u00f8jde, men reducerer ogs\u00e5 hjultrykket, hvilket reducerer byggeomkostningerne betydeligt og giver brugerne et mere effektivt driftsareal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ved hj\u00e6lp af en specialudviklet kranl\u00f8fteanordning kan den rotere 360\u00b0 for at tilpasse sig forskellige udgravningsretninger.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De to l\u00f8bekatmekanismer kan betjenes sammen for at l\u00f8fte sk\u00e6rehovedet, eller de kan bruges uafh\u00e6ngigt af hinanden til at l\u00f8fte tunnelsegmenter og dermed opfylde forskellige applikationskrav.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>St\u00e5ltovets b\u00f8jningskrumningsdiameter blev \u00e6ndret, hvorved den lokale belastning forbedredes og l\u00f8ftekapaciteten \u00f8gedes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ved l\u00f8ft af relativt lette l\u00f8se dele blev metoden til alternerende vikling af st\u00e5lwiren i taljeblokken \u00e6ndret.
