Enheden kan h\u00e5ndtere 2-3 typer ruller, og n\u00e5r ruller med forskellige diametre l\u00f8ftes, justeres st\u00f8tteh\u00f8jden ved at inds\u00e6tte eller fjerne positioneringsstifter. Positioneringspladerne i begge ender sikrer den korrekte relative justering mellem stiften og stifthullet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De indvendige gribeflader, der er i kontakt med rullen, er foret med nylonplader og udstyret med gr\u00e6nsesensorer for at forhindre indrykning eller overfladeskader ved kontakt med rullen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sikkerheds- og driftsforholdsregler<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stop testliften \u00f8jeblikkeligt, hvis der observeres unormal st\u00f8j, deformation eller revner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Forts\u00e6t f\u00f8rst med l\u00f8ft og transport, n\u00e5r testl\u00f8ftet er gennemf\u00f8rt med succes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under l\u00f8fteoperationer skal det sikres, at alt personale tydeligt forst\u00e5r advarselssignalerne og opretholder synlig kommunikation med operat\u00f8ren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Det er strengt forbudt at st\u00e5 under lasten, og det er strengt forbudt at st\u00f8tte lasten manuelt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rutinem\u00e6ssig vedligeholdelse af m\u00f8llevalset\u00e6nger<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hvis drejel\u00e5sen bliver stiv eller ikke kan dreje p\u00e5 plads under brug, skal reguleringsm\u00f8trikken inspiceres og justeres, og derefter skal f\u00f8lgende omr\u00e5der kontrolleres:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kontroll\u00e9r om palens sp\u00e6ndingsfjeder er beskadiget; udskift den om n\u00f8dvendigt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kontroller for blokering i transmissionsmekanismen. Hvis blokeringen skyldes d\u00e5rlig sm\u00f8ring, skal alle bev\u00e6gelige led sm\u00f8reolie eller fedtstof p\u00e5f\u00f8res. Hvis styrestifterne er for stramme, skal m\u00f8trikkerne l\u00f8snes korrekt. Hvis der konstateres l\u00f8shed, deformation af transmissionsr\u00f8ret eller deformation af ledst\u00e6nger, skal disse rettes i overensstemmelse hermed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kontroller om bufferfjederen har utilstr\u00e6kkelig forl\u00e6ngelse. Hvis forl\u00e6ngelsen er for lille, skal st\u00e5lwiren, der er forbundet med bufferfjederen, afkortes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Undg\u00e5 at indikatormarkeringerne p\u00e5 tangens indikatorplader skaller af. Genp\u00e5f\u00f8r den originale markeringsmaling med det samme, n\u00e5r der konstateres afskalning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reng\u00f8r og sm\u00f8r st\u00e5lwirerne regelm\u00e6ssigt, is\u00e6r ved b\u00f8jningspunkterne, med egnet sm\u00f8reolie eller fedt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prim\u00e6re lastb\u00e6rende komponenter, s\u00e5som l\u00f8fte\u00f8jer, drejel\u00e5se, plader og sj\u00e6kler, b\u00f8r inspiceres mindst \u00e9n gang hver tredje m\u00e5ned under normale driftsforhold. Disse dele m\u00e5 ikke udvise revner eller v\u00e6sentlig deformation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alle oliekopper, inklusive dem p\u00e5 skraldemekanismen, glidelejehusene og drejel\u00e5sehuset, skal sm\u00f8res rettidigt i henhold til driftsforholdene. Sm\u00f8ring skal ogs\u00e5 p\u00e5f\u00f8res de vigtigste bev\u00e6gelige led efter behov.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kontroll\u00e9r regelm\u00e6ssigt, om rebklemmerne er l\u00f8se, og om bufferfjedrene er overstrakte; afhj\u00e6lp eventuelle uregelm\u00e6ssigheder med det samme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Overskrid aldrig l\u00f8fteanordningens nominelle l\u00f8ftekapacitet, og lad ikke bufferfjederen blive overstrakt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00f8rg for j\u00e6vn og stabil l\u00f8ftning under drift for at undg\u00e5 deformation for\u00e5rsaget af st\u00f8d mellem l\u00f8fteanordning, kran eller andet udstyr.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Valset\u00e6nger er specielt designet til h\u00e5ndtering af tunge ruller i st\u00e5lv\u00e6rker og valsev\u00e6rksteder, hvilket muligg\u00f8r sikre og pr\u00e6cise l\u00f8fteoperationer.
