Den er designet til at fungere under barske milj\u00f8er, herunder h\u00f8je temperaturer, h\u00f8je str\u00f8mme, st\u00e6rke magnetfelter, tungt st\u00f8v og HF-gas. Den kan udf\u00f8re f\u00f8lgende procesoperationer for pr\u00e6bagte anoder til elektrolyseceller:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Afskalling: \u00c5bning af elektrolytskorper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Materialep\u00e5fyldning: Tils\u00e6t aluminiumoxid, fluoridsalte og andre elektrolytmaterialer til elektrolysecellen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anodeskift: Skru l\u00f8fte- og s\u00e6nkemekanismen af for at stramme skrueklemmen, l\u00f8ft den resterende anode af, og udskift den med en ny anode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fjernelse af slagge: Fjern resterende anodestykker og skorper fra anodehullerne for at give plads til nye anoder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aluminiumsgevindsk\u00e6ring: Udf\u00f8r vakuumudtr\u00e6kning, aluminiumsgevindsk\u00e6ring, l\u00f8ft og m\u00e5ling (enkelt batch og kumulativt), vis data og implementer udskrivning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u00f8ft af anodesamleskinne: L\u00f8ft anodesamleskinnen ved hj\u00e6lp af samleskinnel\u00f8fterammen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vedligeholdelse: Installer og vedligehold elektrolysecellens \u00f8vre struktur og nedre skal, samt udf\u00f8r diverse l\u00f8fteoperationer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Grydebearbejdningsmaskinen best\u00e5r af en hovedk\u00f8remekanisme, en bro, en v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jsvogn, en aluminiums gevindborevogn, hydrauliske og pneumatiske systemer og et elektrisk styresystem. Kernen er v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jsvognen, som omfatter vognens k\u00f8remekanisme, vognramme, v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jsrotationsmekanisme, skorpeudbl\u00e6sningsmekanisme, anodeudskiftningsmekanisme, slaggefiskemekanisme, materialep\u00e5fyldningsmekanisme og rotationsmekanisme for f\u00f8rerkabinen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hele systemet styres via et variabelt frekvensdrev (VFD) kombineret med PLC. Betjeningen kan udf\u00f8res enten fra f\u00f8rerkabinen eller via fjernbetjening; de to tilstande kan fungere i koordinering eller uafh\u00e6ngigt af hinanden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Denne multifunktionelle kran i elektrolytisk aluminium er blevet bredt anvendt i den elektrolytiske aluminiumsindustri og er meget rost af brugerne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hovedkomponenter<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kranens k\u00f8remekanisme: Udstyret med VFD-hastighedsregulering for j\u00e6vn drift. Den driver kranen til at bev\u00e6ge sig i l\u00e6ngderetningen langs det elektrolytiske v\u00e6rksted og d\u00e6kker dermed driftsomr\u00e5det for flere elektrolytiske celler.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Broramme: Broen underst\u00f8tter hele maskinstrukturen og omfatter prim\u00e6rt hovedbj\u00e6lken og endebj\u00e6lkerne. B\u00e5de hoved- og endebj\u00e6lken har en kasselignende struktur. Alle st\u00e5lplader er kuglebl\u00e6st for at fjerne rust, og svejses\u00f8mmene inspiceres ved hj\u00e6lp af radiografisk test for at sikre strukturel p\u00e5lidelighed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00e6rkt\u00f8jsvogn: V\u00e6rkt\u00f8jsvognen er i stand til at udf\u00f8re vigtige procesoperationer s\u00e5som anodeudskiftning, skorpebrydning, slaggefjerning og materialeudt\u00f8mning. Vognens k\u00f8rselssystem anvender en venstre-h\u00f8jre symmetrisk drivkonfiguration og er udstyret med motorer fra kendte m\u00e6rker som SEW, hvilket giver en k\u00f8rselshastighed p\u00e5 0-30 m\/min.
