Zat\u00edmco ozna\u010den\u00ed CE poskytuje z\u00e1kladn\u00ed pr\u00e1vn\u00ed r\u00e1mec, mnoho zem\u00ed, jako je N\u011bmecko, Francie, It\u00e1lie a Spojen\u00e9 kr\u00e1lovstv\u00ed, m\u00e1 dal\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1rodn\u00ed po\u017eadavky na shodu s p\u0159edpisy, kter\u00e9 se t\u00fdkaj\u00ed inspekc\u00ed, jazykov\u00e9 dokumentace, elektrick\u00fdch norem a m\u00edstn\u00edch p\u0159edpis\u016f. Pochopen\u00ed t\u011bchto po\u017eadavk\u016f specifick\u00fdch pro danou zemi p\u0159ed n\u00e1kupem m\u016f\u017ee pomoci vyhnout se zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00edm celn\u00edch \u00fa\u0159ad\u016f, ne\u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00fdm inspekc\u00edm a n\u00e1kladn\u00fdm p\u0159eru\u0161en\u00edm projekt\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ce-certification-eu-eea-common-baseline\">Certifikace CE: Spole\u010dn\u00e1 z\u00e1kladn\u00ed norma EU\/EHP<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro evropsk\u00fd trh slou\u017e\u00ed certifikace CE jako povinn\u00fd \u201epas\u201c pro mostov\u00e9 a port\u00e1lov\u00e9 je\u0159\u00e1by pro vstup do 30 zem\u00ed Evropsk\u00e9ho hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9ho prostoru (EHP) a Spojen\u00e9ho kr\u00e1lovstv\u00ed, co\u017e prokazuje shodu je\u0159\u00e1bu se spole\u010dn\u00fdmi normami evropsk\u00e9ho trhu. Je\u0159\u00e1by bez certifikace CE proto nemohou b\u00fdt leg\u00e1ln\u011b uvedeny do provozu v \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 zemi EHP. Podle p\u0159\u00edlohy IV evropsk\u00e9 sm\u011brnice o strojn\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch (2006\/42\/ES) jsou mostov\u00e9 a port\u00e1lov\u00e9 je\u0159\u00e1by v\u00fdslovn\u011b klasifikov\u00e1ny jako \u201enebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 stroje\u201c; vy\u017eaduj\u00ed p\u0159ezkou\u0161en\u00ed typu notifikovanou osobou EU a pro tento typ za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed nesta\u010d\u00ed vlastn\u00ed prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed v\u00fdrobce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kupuj\u00edc\u00ed proto mus\u00ed ov\u011b\u0159it dva z\u00e1kladn\u00ed dokumenty:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Certifik\u00e1t ES o p\u0159ezkou\u0161en\u00ed typu: Vydan\u00fd notifikovanou osobou, kter\u00fd osv\u011bd\u010duje, \u017ee konstrukce za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed spl\u0148uje po\u017eadavky sm\u011brnice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed o shod\u011b: Podepsan\u00e9 v\u00fdrobcem, v n\u011bm\u017e prohla\u0161uje, \u017ee dan\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed bylo vyrobeno v souladu s certifik\u00e1tem o p\u0159ezkou\u0161en\u00ed typu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Krom\u011b toho lze \u010d\u00edslo notifikovan\u00e9 osoby EU ov\u011b\u0159it prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm datab\u00e1ze EU Nando, aby se potvrdilo, \u017ee certifikace poskytnut\u00e1 dodavatelem byla vyd\u00e1na org\u00e1nem spl\u0148uj\u00edc\u00edm po\u017eadavky, kter\u00fd je kvalifikovan\u00fd pro inspekce je\u0159\u00e1b\u016f; mezi v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 notifikovan\u00e9 osoby pat\u0159\u00ed T\u00dcV (N\u011bmecko), SGS (\u0160v\u00fdcarsko), Bureau Veritas (Francie), DNV (Norsko), RINA (It\u00e1lie) a T\u00dcV AUSTRIA (Rakousko).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"technical-standards-for-overhead-and-gantry-cranes\"><strong>Technick\u00e9 normy pro mostov\u00e9 a port\u00e1lov\u00e9 je\u0159\u00e1by<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>EN 15011:2020: Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed norma pro bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed po\u017eadavky t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se mostov\u00fdch a port\u00e1lov\u00fdch je\u0159\u00e1b\u016f. N\u00e1vrh normy prEN 15011:2025 vstoupil do f\u00e1ze revize a zav\u00e1d\u00ed nov\u00e9 prvky, jako je tandemov\u00fd provoz, p\u0159\u00edloha o automatizaci a struktura ustanoven\u00ed; smlouvy o zad\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch zak\u00e1zek by m\u011bly jasn\u011b specifikovat p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161nou verzi normy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>EN 13001: Norma pro n\u00e1vrh konstrukc\u00ed je\u0159\u00e1b\u016f (metoda mezn\u00edch stav\u016f + d\u00edl\u010d\u00ed sou\u010dinitele bezpe\u010dnosti). Mnoho m\u00edstn\u00edch pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch odb\u011bratel\u016f, zejm\u00e9na v automobilov\u00e9m a chemick\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu, vy\u017eaduje v nab\u00eddk\u00e1ch ozna\u010den\u00ed CE i GS.
