Vzhledem k omezen\u00e9mu prostoru v d\u00edln\u011b a extr\u00e9mn\u011b omezen\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161ce nad hlavou si spole\u010dnost DGCRANE upravila p\u011btitunov\u00fd dvounosn\u00edkov\u00fd mostov\u00fd je\u0159\u00e1b NLH s n\u00edzkou v\u00fd\u0161kou nad hlavou a \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b splnila po\u017eadovanou v\u00fd\u0161ku zdvihu v r\u00e1mci omezen\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161ky budovy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na \u017e\u00e1dost z\u00e1kazn\u00edka jsme vyslali techniky, kte\u0159\u00ed poskytli poradenstv\u00ed s instalac\u00ed na m\u00edst\u011b. Cel\u00fd proces, v\u010detn\u011b instalace, uveden\u00ed do provozu, z\u00e1t\u011b\u017eov\u00fdch zkou\u0161ek a za\u0161kolen\u00ed obsluhy, byl dokon\u010den za pouh\u00fdch 10 dn\u00ed, co\u017e z\u00e1kazn\u00edkovi pomohlo hladce uv\u00e9st je\u0159\u00e1b do provozu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1536\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dgcrane.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/Double-Girder-Overhead-Crane-Exported-to-Australia.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17173\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"project-overview\">P\u0159ehled projektu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1kazn\u00edkem je pap\u00edrna v Austr\u00e1lii, kter\u00e1 pot\u0159ebovala <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dgcrane.com\/cs\/double-girder-overhead-crane\/\">dvounosn\u00edkov\u00fd mostov\u00fd je\u0159\u00e1b<\/a> pro manipulaci s pap\u00edrov\u00fdmi rolemi, spolu s nosnou ocelovou konstrukc\u00ed. Specifikace je\u0159\u00e1bu byly n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nosnost: 5t<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rozp\u011bt\u00ed: 9,42 m<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00fd\u0161ka zdvihu: 4,279 m<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pracovn\u00ed povinnost: A5<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nap\u011bt\u00ed: 400 V \/ 50 Hz \/ 3 f\u00e1ze<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Po prozkoum\u00e1n\u00ed rozm\u011br\u016f d\u00edlny jsme identifikovali hlavn\u00ed probl\u00e9m: extr\u00e9mn\u011b omezen\u00fd prostor budovy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>D\u00edlna byla ji\u017e postavena s plochou st\u0159echou a sv\u011btlou v\u00fd\u0161kou pouh\u00fdch 5,3 m, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e po\u017eadovan\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161ka zdvihu nebyla men\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 4,279 m.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sv\u011btl\u00e1 \u0161\u00ed\u0159ka d\u00edlny byla 10,7 m a \u0161\u00ed\u0159ka ocelov\u00e9 konstrukce 10 m, co\u017e vy\u017eadovalo zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed pozornost v\u011bnovanou koncov\u00fdm poloh\u00e1m h\u00e1ku vlevo-vpravo a vp\u0159edu-vzadu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Krom\u011b toho m\u011bl z\u00e1kazn\u00edk specifick\u00e9 po\u017eadavky na elektrick\u00e9 instalace:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Zapojen\u00ed mus\u00ed spl\u0148ovat australsk\u00e9 normy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hlavn\u00ed elektrick\u00e9 komponenty a frekven\u010dn\u00ed m\u011bni\u010de mus\u00ed b\u00fdt zna\u010dky Schneider<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Na z\u00e1klad\u011b t\u011bchto pracovn\u00edch podm\u00ednek a po\u017eadavk\u016f jsme provedli pln\u011b zak\u00e1zkov\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed n\u00e1vrhu, v\u00fdroby a dod\u00e1vek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"compact-double-girder-overhead-crane-design-maximizing-space-utilization\">Kompaktn\u00ed dvounosn\u00edkov\u00fd mostov\u00fd je\u0159\u00e1b: Maximalizace vyu\u017eit\u00ed prostoru<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1514\" height=\"545\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dgcrane.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/Double-girder-bridge-crane-drawing-watermarked.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17179\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Konstrukce s n\u00edzk\u00fdm prostorem pro p\u0159ipojen\u00ed\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>H\u00e1k se m\u016f\u017ee pohybovat nahoru do dutiny mezi dv\u011bma hlavn\u00edmi nosn\u00edky, m\u00edsto aby fungoval pouze pod nosn\u00edkem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>H\u00e1k se m\u016f\u017ee zvednout p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 94 mm nad spodn\u00ed povrch hlavn\u00edho nosn\u00edku<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bez zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed celkov\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161ky je\u0159\u00e1bu se z\u00edsk\u00e1 dal\u0161\u00edch ~94 mm efektivn\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161ky zdvihu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ploch\u00e1 ocelov\u00e1 dr\u00e1ha m\u00edsto kolejnice\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tramvajov\u00e1 dr\u00e1ha je vyrobena z ploch\u00e9 oceli 30\u00d750 polo\u017een\u00e9 horizont\u00e1ln\u011b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toto nahrazuje konven\u010dn\u00ed vertik\u00e1ln\u011b montovan\u00e9 kolejnice a zmen\u0161uje vertik\u00e1ln\u00ed prostor zab\u00edran\u00fd syst\u00e9mem ranveje.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0160et\u0159\u00ed des\u00edtky milimetr\u016f v\u00fd\u0161kov\u00e9ho prostoru<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kompaktn\u00ed celkov\u00e1 konstrukce\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Optimalizovan\u00fd pr\u016f\u0159ez hlavn\u00edho nosn\u00edku a uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed trolejov\u00e9ho voz\u00edku<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Celkov\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161ka je\u0159\u00e1bu (od horn\u00edho okraje kolejnice k horn\u00edmu okraji za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, bez ohledu na prohnut\u00ed) je pouze 1159 mm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00fdrazn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e u b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch dvounosn\u00edkov\u00fdch je\u0159\u00e1b\u016f se stejn\u00fdmi specifikacemi<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimalizovan\u00e1 bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed vzd\u00e1lenost nad hlavou\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed vzd\u00e1lenost byla jemn\u011b upravena p\u0159i zachov\u00e1n\u00ed bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch norem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Konven\u010dn\u00ed konstrukce obvykle vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed rezervu \u2265200 mm; tento projekt ji optimalizoval na z\u00e1klad\u011b skute\u010dn\u00fdch pracovn\u00edch podm\u00ednek.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dal\u0161\u00ed uvoln\u011bn\u00ed cenn\u00e9ho omezen\u00e9ho prostoru<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00edky v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdm kombinovan\u00fdm opat\u0159en\u00edm byl je\u0159\u00e1b \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b nainstalov\u00e1n a provozov\u00e1n v extr\u00e9mn\u011b omezen\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161ce budovy pouh\u00fdch 5,3 m, \u010d\u00edm\u017e bylo dosa\u017eeno v\u00fd\u0161ky zdvihu 4,279 m u dvounosn\u00edkov\u00e9ho mostov\u00e9ho je\u0159\u00e1bu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"electrical-system-designed-to-australian-grid-standards-with-full-vfd-control\">Elektrick\u00fd syst\u00e9m: Navr\u017eeno dle australsk\u00fdch standard\u016f s\u00edt\u011b s pln\u00fdm \u0159\u00edzen\u00edm VFD<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Elektrick\u00fd syst\u00e9m tohoto projektu byl speci\u00e1ln\u011b navr\u017een podle po\u017eadavk\u016f australsk\u00e9 pap\u00edrny se zam\u011b\u0159en\u00edm na shodu s australsk\u00fdmi normami pro pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 zapojen\u00ed, p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00ed t\u0159\u00edf\u00e1zov\u00e9mu nap\u00e1jen\u00ed 400 V 50 Hz, konfiguraci zna\u010dky specifikovanou z\u00e1kazn\u00edkem a vysokou spolehlivost a bezpe\u010dnost pro aplikace manipulace s pap\u00edrov\u00fdmi rolemi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Standard zapojen\u00ed: V souladu s AS\/NZS 3000 (australsk\u00e1 pravidla pro zapojen\u00ed) a p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdmi australsk\u00fdmi pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdmi elektrotechnick\u00fdmi normami<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nap\u00e1jec\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed: Australsk\u00fd pr\u016fmyslov\u00fd standard 400 V \/ 50 Hz \/ 3 f\u00e1ze; v\u0161echny hlavn\u00ed motory, \u0159\u00eddic\u00ed transform\u00e1tory, styka\u010de a ochrann\u00e9 komponenty jsou vybr\u00e1ny pro jmenovit\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed 400 V, co\u017e umo\u017e\u0148uje p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 p\u0159ipojen\u00ed k d\u00edlensk\u00e9 rozvodn\u00e9 soustav\u011b na m\u00edst\u011b.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pln\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed VFD: V\u0161echny t\u0159i mechanismy (zved\u00e1n\u00ed, pojezd voz\u00edku a pojezd je\u0159\u00e1bu) jsou vybaveny frekven\u010dn\u00edmi m\u011bni\u010di Schneider. Pro manipulaci s rolemi pap\u00edru poskytuje \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed VFD praktick\u00e9 v\u00fdhody: plynul\u00e9 zved\u00e1n\u00ed a spou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed n\u00edzkou rychlost\u00ed, aby se zabr\u00e1nilo po\u0161kozen\u00ed rol\u00ed pap\u00edru, a vysokorychlostn\u00ed n\u00e1vrat p\u0159i provozu napr\u00e1zdno pro zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed efektivity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Re\u017eim ovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed: Bezdr\u00e1tov\u00e9 d\u00e1lkov\u00e9 ovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed + kabelov\u00e9 z\u00e1v\u011bsn\u00e9 ovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 umo\u017e\u0148uje obsluze sledovat roli pap\u00edru na zemi, m\u00edsto aby se dr\u017eela pevn\u011b na m\u00edst\u011b. Od dod\u00e1n\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a\u017e po kone\u010dn\u00e9 p\u0159ijet\u00ed trvalo pouh\u00fdch 10 dn\u00ed, ne\u017e byla dokon\u010dena instalace, uveden\u00ed do provozu, z\u00e1t\u011b\u017eov\u00e9 zkou\u0161ky a za\u0161kolen\u00ed obsluhy, co\u017e umo\u017enilo rychl\u00e9 uveden\u00ed syst\u00e9mu do provozu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dle po\u017eadavk\u016f z\u00e1kazn\u00edka byli na\u0161i profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed instala\u010dn\u00ed technici vysl\u00e1ni do Austr\u00e1lie za \u00fa\u010delem dohledu a poradenstv\u00ed na m\u00edst\u011b. Od dod\u00e1n\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a\u017e po kone\u010dn\u00e9 p\u0159ijet\u00ed trvalo pouh\u00fdch 10 dn\u00ed, ne\u017e byla dokon\u010dena instalace, uveden\u00ed do provozu, z\u00e1t\u011b\u017eov\u00e9 zkou\u0161ky a za\u0161kolen\u00ed obsluhy, co\u017e umo\u017enilo rychl\u00e9 uveden\u00ed syst\u00e9mu do provozu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 probl\u00e9my vy\u0159e\u0161en\u00e9 b\u011bhem instalace:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed z\u00e1klady pro instalaci: Na staveni\u0161ti chyb\u011bly kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 komponenty, jako jsou ocelov\u00e9 posuvn\u00e9 kolejnice s pr\u016f\u0159ezem C, p\u0159\u00edpojnice a konzoly proti vykolejen\u00ed. In\u017een\u00fd\u0159i okam\u017eit\u011b koordinovali n\u00e1kup materi\u00e1lu, vyrobili instala\u010dn\u00ed komponenty na m\u00edst\u011b, provedli sva\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed podp\u011br p\u0159\u00edpojnic a po dod\u00e1n\u00ed materi\u00e1l\u016f dokon\u010dili instalaci a p\u0159ipojen\u00ed nap\u00e1jen\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Omezen\u00fd instala\u010dn\u00ed prostor: Vzhledem k n\u00edzk\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161ce d\u00edlny byla instalace chodn\u00edk\u016f, z\u00e1bradl\u00ed a \u00fadr\u017eb\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch plo\u0161in omezen\u00e1. In\u017een\u00fd\u0159i z\u00e1bradl\u00ed na\u0159ezali, upravili a znovu sva\u0159ili na z\u00e1klad\u011b rozm\u011br\u016f staveni\u0161t\u011b a optimalizovali metody instalace, aby byla zaji\u0161t\u011bna bezpe\u010dnost a pou\u017eitelnost.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ru\u0161en\u00ed v provozn\u00edm prostoru: Osv\u011btlen\u00ed d\u00edlny, kamery a vzduchov\u00e9 potrub\u00ed ru\u0161ily pohyb voz\u00edku.
