Vzhledem k extr\u00e9mn\u011b chladn\u00e9mu m\u00edstn\u00edmu klimatu je hlavn\u00ed konstrukce vyrobena z n\u00edzkoteplotn\u00ed oceli Q355E. Elektrick\u00fd syst\u00e9m je speci\u00e1ln\u011b navr\u017een pro odolnost proti chladu a je vybaven komplexn\u00edm bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edm ochrann\u00fdm syst\u00e9mem, kter\u00fd umo\u017e\u0148uje stabiln\u00ed provoz p\u0159i okoln\u00edch teplot\u00e1ch od -40 \u00b0C do +40 \u00b0C. Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pln\u011b spl\u0148uje po\u017eadavky na manipulaci s kontejnery v chladn\u00fdch oblastech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1536\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dgcrane.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/32T-Rail-Mounted-Container-Gantry-Crane-Exported-to-Russia.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17126\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"core-procurement-requirements\">Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed po\u017eadavky na zad\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch zak\u00e1zek<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hlavn\u00edm po\u017eadavkem rusk\u00e9ho klienta nebylo jen \u201ezakoupit port\u00e1lov\u00fd je\u0159\u00e1b schopn\u00fd zvedat kontejnery\u201c, ale z\u00edskat kompletn\u00ed a spolehliv\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 dok\u00e1\u017ee stabiln\u011b fungovat v extr\u00e9mn\u011b n\u00edzk\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch, zkr\u00e1tit prostoje a p\u0159izp\u016fsobit se m\u00edstn\u00edm opera\u010dn\u00edm syst\u00e9m\u016fm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mezi obavy a po\u017eadavky klienta pat\u0159\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Obavy z toho, zda by za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed mohlo p\u0159i teplot\u011b -40 \u00b0C zamrznout, zk\u0159ehnout nebo se nespustit, existovaly. Proto byl pro dlouhodob\u00e9 venkovn\u00ed pou\u017eit\u00ed v chladn\u00fdch oblastech Ruska po\u017eadov\u00e1n port\u00e1lov\u00fd je\u0159\u00e1b pro kontejnery na kolejnici, kter\u00fd by byl schopen spolehliv\u011b pracovat v prost\u0159ed\u00ed s teplotou -40 \u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Obavy z nesouladu s m\u00edstn\u00edmi provozn\u00edmi zvyklostmi a elektrick\u00fdmi normami, kter\u00e9 by mohly ovlivnit provoz a \u00fadr\u017ebu. \u0158\u00eddic\u00ed syst\u00e9m proto musel m\u00edt rusk\u00e9 ozna\u010den\u00ed a spl\u0148ovat m\u00edstn\u00ed normy pro nap\u00e1jen\u00ed, aby byl provoz a spr\u00e1va pohodln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Obavy z bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch rizik a potenci\u00e1ln\u00edch selh\u00e1n\u00ed b\u011bhem dlouhodob\u00e9ho provozu, kter\u00e9 vy\u017eaduj\u00ed komplexn\u00ed syst\u00e9m bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed ochrany.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Obavy z mo\u017en\u00e9ho po\u0161kozen\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch komponent\u016f b\u011bhem p\u0159epravy na dlouhou vzd\u00e1lenost, co\u017e by mohlo ovlivnit instalaci a uveden\u00ed do provozu. Proto bylo nutn\u00e9 spolehliv\u00e9 obalov\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed pro zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u00e9ho doru\u010den\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Na z\u00e1klad\u011b t\u011bchto obav bylo vyvinuto pln\u011b c\u00edlen\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed n\u00e1vrhu syst\u00e9mu a jeho balen\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"-1\">\u0158e\u0161en\u00ed na m\u00edru<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"low-temperature-adaptability-design\">N\u00e1vrh adaptability na n\u00edzk\u00e9 teploty<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed spolehliv\u00e9ho provozu i v podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch -40 \u00b0C v Rusku byla implementov\u00e1na speci\u00e1ln\u00ed n\u00edzkoteplotn\u00ed konstrukce:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>N\u00edzkoteplotn\u00ed ocel Q355E: Hlavn\u00ed konstrukce vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 ocelov\u00e9 plechy Q355E, kter\u00e9 si zachov\u00e1vaj\u00ed vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed r\u00e1zovou hou\u017eevnatost p\u0159i teplot\u011b -40 \u00b0C, \u010d\u00edm\u017e \u00fa\u010dinn\u011b zabra\u0148uj\u00ed k\u0159ehk\u00e9mu lomu a zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u00fd a spolehliv\u00fd provoz v chladn\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kabely odoln\u00e9 v\u016f\u010di n\u00edzk\u00fdm teplot\u00e1m: Cel\u00fd je\u0159\u00e1b pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 kabely odoln\u00e9 v\u016f\u010di n\u00edzk\u00fdm teplot\u00e1m, kter\u00e9 si zachov\u00e1vaj\u00ed flexibilitu a izola\u010dn\u00ed vlastnosti i v chladn\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch, \u010d\u00edm\u017e zabra\u0148uj\u00ed tvrdnut\u00ed, prask\u00e1n\u00ed a nestabilit\u011b sign\u00e1lu kabelu, a t\u00edm zlep\u0161uj\u00ed elektrickou spolehlivost.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Syst\u00e9m vyh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed motoru: Zvedac\u00ed i pojezdov\u00e9 motory jsou vybaveny topn\u00fdmi p\u00e1sy, kter\u00e9 umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed a izolaci p\u0159i n\u00edzk\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch. T\u00edm se p\u0159edch\u00e1z\u00ed probl\u00e9m\u016fm se spou\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm a mechanick\u00e9mu zasek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a zaji\u0161\u0165uje se stabiln\u00ed provoz.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Izolovan\u00e1 kabina obsluhy: Kabina je dob\u0159e izolovan\u00e1 a vybaven\u00e1 klimatizac\u00ed. automatick\u00fd alarm a zablokov\u00e1n\u00ed kolejnice, kdy\u017e v\u00edtr p\u0159ekro\u010d\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 limity, aby se zabr\u00e1nilo klouz\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Syst\u00e9m elektrick\u00e9 ochrany: Zahrnuje ochranu proti nadproudu, p\u0159eh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed, v\u00fdpadku f\u00e1ze, chyb\u011b sledu f\u00e1z\u00ed, podp\u011bt\u00ed a uzemn\u011bn\u00ed pro sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed rizika elektrick\u00e9ho selh\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"transport-protection-design\">N\u00e1vrh ochrany p\u0159i p\u0159eprav\u011b<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Vzhledem k d\u00e1lkov\u00e9 p\u0159eprav\u011b do Ruska byly kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 komponenty obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b chr\u00e1n\u011bny:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Voz\u00edk je kompletn\u011b zabalen do plachty, aby se zabr\u00e1nilo po\u0161kozen\u00ed de\u0161t\u011bm a vlhkost\u00ed. Zvedac\u00ed a p\u0159evodov\u00e9 motory jsou upevn\u011bny n\u00e1razuvzdornou p\u011bnou, aby se sn\u00ed\u017eilo po\u0161kozen\u00ed vibracemi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159evodov\u00e9 motory pojezdov\u00e9ho mechanismu jsou nejprve vyztu\u017eeny a zaji\u0161t\u011bny n\u00e1razuvzdornou p\u011bnou, aby byla zaji\u0161t\u011bna stabilita b\u011bhem p\u0159epravy.
