Celkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady na v\u00fdstavbu se bl\u00ed\u017eily 800 milion\u016fm RMB, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e hlavn\u00ed zak\u00e1zka na nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed port\u00e1lov\u00fd je\u0159\u00e1b m\u011bla hodnotu p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 370 milion\u016f RMB.
