Tento nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed mostov\u00fd je\u0159\u00e1b m\u011b\u0159\u00ed p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 31,3 metru na d\u00e9lku, 18 metr\u016f na \u0161\u00ed\u0159ku a 8,9 metru na v\u00fd\u0161ku, pokr\u00fdv\u00e1 plochu t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 o velikosti standardn\u00edho basketbalov\u00e9ho h\u0159i\u0161t\u011b a vykazuje p\u016fsobiv\u00fd konstruk\u010dn\u00ed rozsah a v\u00fdrobn\u00ed pevnost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je vybaven nov\u00fdm typem nav\u00edjec\u00edho zvedac\u00edho mechanismu, kter\u00fd je v oboru poprv\u00e9 pou\u017eit v kombinaci s osmibodov\u00fdm skupinov\u00fdm pohonem a automatick\u00fdm korek\u010dn\u00edm syst\u00e9mem. Po dod\u00e1n\u00ed bude toto ob\u011b\u017en\u00e9 kolo instalov\u00e1no v podzemn\u00ed elektr\u00e1rn\u011b Baihetan pro blok 15. Celkem bude v podzemn\u00ed elektr\u00e1rn\u011b Baihetan instalov\u00e1no 16 vodn\u00edch turb\u00edn o v\u00fdkonu milionu kilowatt\u016f \u2013 nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch na sv\u011bt\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krom\u011b ob\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho kola je dal\u0161\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dovou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed rotor gener\u00e1toru. B\u011bhem provozu se rotor ot\u00e1\u010d\u00ed vysokou rychlost\u00ed uvnit\u0159 statoru a generuje stabiln\u00ed a \u010distou elekt\u0159inu. Rotor gener\u00e1toru pro prvn\u00ed blok v\u00e1\u017e\u00ed ohromuj\u00edc\u00edch 2 100 tun. \u017d\u00e1dn\u00e9 jednotliv\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na m\u00edst\u011b by ho nedok\u00e1zalo samostatn\u011b zvednout; m\u00edsto toho by byly pot\u0159eba dva\u2026 <strong>Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed mostov\u00e9 je\u0159\u00e1by s nosnost\u00ed 1 300 tun<\/strong> museli pracovat v tandemu, aby dokon\u010dili zdvihac\u00ed \u00fakol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u011bhem zved\u00e1n\u00ed byl rotor stabiln\u011b zved\u00e1n do v\u00fd\u0161ky 5,8 metru. Oba <strong>nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed mostov\u00e9 je\u0159\u00e1by <\/strong>pot\u00e9 se pomalu pohyboval vp\u0159ed rychlost\u00ed 7 metr\u016f za minutu, aby dokon\u010dil 335 metr\u016f dlouh\u00fd p\u0159\u00edm\u00fd zdvih. Udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed stabiln\u00ed a rovnom\u011brn\u00e9 rychlosti s p\u0159esnou regulac\u00ed \u00fahlu bylo v cel\u00e9m procesu kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9. M\u00e1 vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br 17,49 metru, v\u00fd\u0161ku 4,045 metru a celkovou hmotnost p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 1 910 tun. Rotor byl zvednut pomoc\u00ed dvou je\u0159\u00e1b\u016f se dv\u011bma... <strong>Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed mostov\u00e9 je\u0159\u00e1by s nosnost\u00ed 1 300 tun<\/strong> pracuj\u00edc\u00ed v tandemu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159ed zved\u00e1n\u00edm byl rotor \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b smontov\u00e1n pomoc\u00ed \u0159ady vysoce p\u0159esn\u00fdch proces\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b mont\u00e1\u017ee a sva\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed nosn\u00e9ho r\u00e1mu, obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed \u017eeber, stohov\u00e1n\u00ed jha, smr\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed rotoru, mont\u00e1\u017ee sloup\u016f a tlakov\u00fdch zkou\u0161ek. Vysoce kvalitn\u00ed mont\u00e1\u017en\u00ed pr\u00e1ce se setkala s jednomysln\u00fdm uzn\u00e1n\u00edm v\u0161ech z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00fdch stran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u011bhem mont\u00e1\u017ee zt\u011bles\u0148ovali mechanick\u00ed a elektrotechni\u010dt\u00ed v\u00fdrobci z Gezhouby ducha \u0159emesln\u00e9ho zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed a snahu o dokonalost. D\u00edky inovativn\u00edm instala\u010dn\u00edm technik\u00e1m a rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9mu pou\u017eit\u00ed nov\u00fdch technologi\u00ed a materi\u00e1l\u016f p\u0159ekro\u010dily v\u0161echny technick\u00e9 ukazatele rotorov\u00e9 sestavy standardn\u00ed po\u017eadavky.
