Prim\u00e1rn\u00edm materi\u00e1lem pro kolo ozuben\u00e9ho je\u0159\u00e1bu LD je ocel 45#, kter\u00e1 je povrchov\u011b kalen\u00e1, aby poskytovala dobrou kvalitu za n\u00edzkou cenu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Materi\u00e1ly:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>H\u0159\u00eddel kola je vyrobena z oceli 45#, s \u00fapravou popou\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm, dosahuj\u00edc\u00ed tvrdosti HB217-HB255. M\u00e1 mazac\u00ed otvory pro maz\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e1fek kola je odlit z oceli 45#, pot\u00e9 jemn\u011b opracov\u00e1n a povrchov\u011b kalen. Povrch b\u011bhounu m\u00e1 tvrdost HB300-HB380, s tlou\u0161\u0165kou tvrzen\u00e9 vrstvy 8mm-12mm a tvrdost\u00ed ne men\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e HB260 v hloubce 10mm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed povrch kola je pota\u017een \u010dernou antikorozn\u00ed barvou, aby se zabr\u00e1nilo korozi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lo\u017eiska jsou kuli\u010dkov\u00e1 lo\u017eiska s hlubokou dr\u00e1\u017ekou, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e hlavn\u00ed modely zahrnuj\u00ed 314, 412, 318 a 414.
