Tato v\u00edce\u00fa\u010delov\u00e1 konstrukce \u0161et\u0159\u00ed n\u00e1klady na instalaci a provoz a zvy\u0161uje efektivitu pr\u00e1ce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:61px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inova\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdhody port\u00e1lov\u00e9ho je\u0159\u00e1bu TBM<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>D\u00edky inovativn\u00ed konstrukci je tento je\u0159\u00e1b p\u0159izp\u016fsobiteln\u00fd instalaci \u0159ezac\u00edch hlav a tunelov\u00fdch segment\u016f r\u016fzn\u00fdch pr\u016fm\u011br\u016f a hmotnost\u00ed. Je\u0159\u00e1by s nosnost\u00ed 400 t, 200 t, 130 t a 100 t jsou vhodn\u00e9 pro \u0159ezac\u00ed hlavice o pr\u016fm\u011bru 15 m, 13 m a 6,3 m, a spl\u0148uj\u00ed tak rozmanit\u00e9 provozn\u00ed pot\u0159eby.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pomoc\u00ed anal\u00fdzy ANSYS byla optimalizov\u00e1na konstrukce je\u0159\u00e1bu, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se zmen\u0161il pr\u016fm\u011br kol a z\u00e1rove\u0148 splnily po\u017eadavky na pou\u017eit\u00ed. T\u00edm se nejen sn\u00ed\u017eila celkov\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161ka, ale tak\u00e9 se sn\u00ed\u017eil tlak na kola, co\u017e v\u00fdrazn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eilo stavebn\u00ed n\u00e1klady a u\u017eivatel\u016fm poskytlo efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed provozn\u00ed prostor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00edky patentovan\u00e9mu je\u0159\u00e1bov\u00e9mu zdvihac\u00edmu za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed se m\u016f\u017ee ot\u00e1\u010det o 360\u00b0 a p\u0159izp\u016fsobit se tak r\u016fzn\u00fdm sm\u011br\u016fm v\u00fdkopu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dva mechanismy voz\u00edku lze ovl\u00e1dat spole\u010dn\u011b pro zved\u00e1n\u00ed \u0159ezac\u00ed hlavy nebo je lze pou\u017e\u00edt samostatn\u011b pro zved\u00e1n\u00ed segment\u016f tunelu, co\u017e spl\u0148uje po\u017eadavky r\u016fzn\u00fdch aplikac\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u016fm\u011br ohybov\u00e9ho zak\u0159iven\u00ed ocelov\u00e9ho lana byl upraven, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se zlep\u0161ilo lok\u00e1ln\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed a zv\u00fd\u0161ila se nosnost.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159i zved\u00e1n\u00ed relativn\u011b lehk\u00fdch sypk\u00fdch d\u00edl\u016f byl zm\u011bn\u011bn zp\u016fsob st\u0159\u00eddav\u00e9ho nav\u00edjen\u00ed ocelov\u00e9ho lana v kladkostroji.
